Hallie May (Flick) Emmons, 83, of West Baden Springs, passed away on August 11, 2018, at Northwood Good Samaritan Center, Jasper.
She was born in Orange County on January 19, 1935, to Troy and Hallie “Sprinkle” Flick.
Hallie married Gene Emmons and he preceded her in death on June 27, 1997.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; two sons, David Gene Emmons and Walter Daniel Emmons; and one daughter, Elizabeth Joan (Emmons) Johnson.
Hallie was a housewife and attended Bonds Chapel United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Michael Anthony Emmons, Brownsburg, and Johnny Emmons, West Baden Springs; one daughter, Martha Irene Emmons, Pensacola, Florida; one brother, Troy Stephen Flick, Cape Coral, Florida; one sister, Minnie B. Conrad, West Baden Springs; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
In honor of Miss Hallie, we will be meeting on Saturday, Sept. 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the West Baden Springs Shelter House. Bring a covered dish or dessert (her favorite) and join us in memories of her life and good times.
