Gina M. Sullivan, 40, Corydon, died Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013, in Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany.
She was born in Jasper on May 31, 1973, to Daniel L. and Virlee (Uebelhor) Wendholt.
Surviving are her husband, Michael Sullivan; a son, Luke Sullivan of Corydon; a daughter, Hannah Sullivan of Corydon; her parents, Daniel L. and Virlee Wendholt of St. Anthony; and two sisters, Kathy Moore and husband Terry of Louisville and Laura Harlow and husband Scott of San Antonio.
Mrs. Sullivan was an accountant for Kennametal in New Albany.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon, where Mrs. Sullivan was a member. Father Rob Hankee will officiate. Burial will be in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Louisville.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Luke and Hannah Sullivan Scholarship Fund through Chase Bank.
