George William “Willy” Wilson, 54, of French Lick, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 5, 2019.
He was born in Indianapolis on September 21, 1965, to Earl and Marilyn (Myers) Wilson. Willy married Anita Thompson on April 18, 1987, and she survives.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He was employed by Jay Hill Trucking as a truck broker.
Willy attended Victory Baptist Church where his Christian faith was evident in every facet of his life.
He is survived by his wife, Anita Wilson, French Lick; two sons, William Luke Wilson and Joseph Earl Wilson (Bailee), both of Evansville; two brothers, Earl Wilson (Connie) and Joe Wilson (Cathi), both of French Lick; and one sister, Paula Biggar, Atlanta, Georgia.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted by Pastor Craig Chestnut at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 11, 2019, with fellowship to follow after at the Victory Baptist Church, located at the end of Bears Bend Road in French Lick.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, October 11, 2019, at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home.
Arrangements are in the care of Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Service, French Lick.
