"Young people that are apprehensive of the recoil, that are afraid of the recoil, I'll hold it up like that and I will shoot behind me," the Dubois County 4-H Shooting Sports instructor said.     Cohen Harpenau of Troy, 9, presented his hand to Scott Silke of Tennyson to show that his hand was not injured after a demonstration where his hand was placed in a trap Saturday at the NWTF Jake's Day presented by The Patoka Valley LimbHangers at OFS Cool Springs in Velpen. Silke, who is president of Chapter 7-C of the Fur Takers of America, said he was attempting to educate the kids and adults about trapping and also that the trap is designed to hold the animal and not hurt it.
