Yash Singh Basra of Jasper, 12, and his brother Monal, 6, wrestled beside the bleachers during the 42nd annual Folkstyle Open wrestling tournament at Jasper Middle School on Sunday. The two often practice wrestling together after school. “He’s OK. He’s pretty strong for his age,” Yash said. “But someone a little bigger would be more ideal (for a partner).” A total of 327 wrestlers, ages pre-K through eighth grade, participated from 33 teams.
