Galen “DeWayne” Roth , 58, of Dale, passed away at noon Thursday, September 12, 2019, at his home.
He was born March 23, 1961, in Huntingburg to Albert Galen and LaVerne (Moore) Roth.
DeWayne was an avid Colts fan and enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, James and Robin Roth of Dale; his sister, Donna Roth of Winslow; nieces and nephew, Kayla, Jewel and Andrew Galen Roth; and a great-nephew, Noah Robert Casteel.
Memorial services for DeWayne Roth will be held at 7 p.m. ET on Friday, September 20, 2019, at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg. Pastor Terry Kamman will officiate at the service.
Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home from 4 to 7 p.m. ET on Friday prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association.
