JASPER — German American Bank recently promoted Jane Balsmeyer to senior vice president and director of marketing, and Lindsay Botsch to senior vice president and commercial banking team lead.
Balsmeyer has served in the marketing department at German American for more than 30 years. She is a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
She is active in the community and currently serves on the boards of Anderson Woods and Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center’s Mission Committee.
She and her husband, Mark, reside in Jasper.
Botsch has been with German American Bank for 11 years and has more than 15 years of banking experience. She began her banking career as a credit analyst and quickly transitioned into the commercial banking field. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana where she received a bachelor’s degree in finance.
She sits on many local boards, including Southwestern Indiana Regional Council on Aging & More, Southwestern Indiana Small Business Development Center Advisory Board and A Network of Evansville Women. She is also a volunteer for the American Heart Association Go Red For Women initiative and the YMCA Half Marathon Committee.
She and her fiance, Skip, reside in Evansville.
