Former Pats star honored

Former Heritage Hills girls’ tennis standout Stephanie Hazlett will be inducted into the Indiana High School Tennis Hall of Fame on Friday, February 2 in Carmel. Hazlett captured Heritage Hills first state title of any kind when she won the 1996 state singles championship by winning every match in straight sets. She finished 40-1 in her prep career and also played with the U.S. junior national team before playing collegiate tennis at the University of Florida where she was a two-time All-American.
