Forest Park cancels seven girls soccer games

The entire Forest Park girls soccer team is under quarantine under COVID-19 protocol. The Rangers have cancelled their first seven games of the season, beginning Monday at Princeton through Sept. 3 againstt Southridge. The team is quarantined until Aug. 27. The next game in which they are scheduled to play is Sept. 8 at home against Tell City.
Baseball
The Ohio Valley League conducted its annual league meeting on Saturday, and will continue to plan for a 2021 season. A 10th team, the Full Count Rhythm, will debut and play their home games at Drake's Creek Park in Hendersonville, Tenn.
This 10th team added means there will now by a North division and a South Division. The Dubois County Bombers will play in the North Division. The 2021 season will start June 4, and will end no later than Aug. 8.
The schedule is set to be released in early November.
