HUNTINGBURG — No one was injured in a Friday evening accident on County Road 600S just west of County Road 75W.

Jennifer Householder, 22, 2492 Terry Lane, Jasper, was westbound on County Road 600S at 5:36 p.m. when her 1999 Pontiac Grand AM traveled off the north side of the road for an unknown reason, the Dubois County Sheriff’s Department reported. The car went down an embankment and landed on its roof, police said.

Householder and her passenger, Jared Jochum, 6516 S. 75W, Ferdinand, were able to get out of the vehicle safely, police said. Damage to Householder’s Grand Am, which was towed by a Kars wrecker, was estimated at $2,500.

Deputies were assisted on the scene by Huntingburg police officers.
