These summaries of the Dubois County Health Department’s inspection reports are made public after the restaurants and food stores have had 10 days to respond. Old School Café, 304 E. Fourth St., Huntingburg, one critical violation, must have hand washing station with at least 100 degrees water, soap and disposable towels.
Family Dollar Store #31267, 2 E. State Road 64, Birdseye, two critical violations: multiple cans found severely dented on shelves, single service paper plates found on floor in storage area; one noncritical violation, mops found in service sink.
Cedar Crest Intermediate School, 4770 S. State Road 162, Huntingburg, no violations.
Celestine Elementary School, 6748 E. Main Cross St., Celestine, no violations.
Holy Trinity East Campus, 990 Church Ave., Jasper, violation corrected.
Pine Ridge Elementary School, 4613 S. Pine Ridge Road, Birdseye, no violations.
