Fitness class open to adultsDecember 5, 2019
JASPER — The Jasper Park and Recreation Department, in conjunction with the Greater Jasper School Corporation, will conduct an eight-week fitness and exercise class for men and women age 18 and older.
The class consists of stretching, some aerobic and core exercise, repetition dumbbell exercise and weight lifting and includes instruction in proper use of the weight room.
The class will be held at Jasper High School from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays from Jan. 6 and ending Feb. 26. Gavin Lichlyter will be the instructor and the fee, to be paid at the first class, is $60.
The class will be limited to the first 40 people to register by calling the Park and Recreation Department office at 812-482-5959.
