Fern Tuley, 100, of Dale, died on Monday, August 5, 2019, at Willowdale Village.
Fern was born on September 23, 1918, at Bone Gap, Illinois, to Lawrence and Cova McKinney. She married Charles Tuley of Dale on November 30, 1940, in Flora, Illinois and was a lifelong member of the Dale United Methodist Church.
She is survived by three sons, Jack of Washington, Van of Fort Mill, South Carolina, and Ronnie of Dale; a brother, Ted McKinney; two sisters, Joyce Miller and Dort Greathouse of West Salem, Illinois; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; Charles, in 1967; a son, Larry, in 1962; two brothers, Virgil and Ivan; three sisters, Vivian, Louise and Helen; and two great-granddaughters.
Friends may call on Friday, August 9, from 11 a.m. CT until the service at the Dale United Methodist Church.
Funeral Services are planned for Friday, August 9, at 1 p.m. CT at the Dale United Methodist Church, with burial to follow in the Dale Cemetery. Rev. Mike Turner will officiate.
