HUNTINGBURG — The damage was limited in a fender-bender Tuesday afternoon in the parking lot of the Dairy Queen restaurant at 14th and Main streets.
Kirk Brown, Huntingburg, was parking his 2013 Chevrolet pickup truck at the time of the 5:24 p.m. mishap, according to the Huntingburg Police Department.
Brown noticed his vehicle was not straight in its parking spot. When he backed up to correct his vehicle’s positioning, police said, his truck struck the passenger-side headlight area of a 2010 Toyota driven by Mark Nelson, Evansville.
The minor damage was estimated at less than $1,000 to each vehicle, police said.
