JASPER — Purdue Technical Assistance Program and Vincennes University Jasper Campus will host a series of workshops this fall for local businesspeople.
The series will begin Friday, Sept. 26, with Leadership is an Attitude, a program encouraging participants to assess their individual attitudes and learn techniques for adjusting to work with others. The workshop will last from 8 a.m. to noon and costs $99 to attend.
The second event in the series is titled Office Value Stream Mapping and will review the wastes of non-production processes and ways to create an efficient workplace. The $210 workshop includes lunch and will span from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 17.
The series will conclude Wednesday, Nov. 12, with a problem-solving program focused on eliminating chronic failure situations within an organization. The workshop will include lunch and last from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a fee of $210.
