The Dubois County Sheriff’s Department investigated the case that resulted the issuance of a warrant Friday in Dubois Circuit Court charging Tyler M. Blessinger, 30, 9970 S. Ferdinand Road Northwest, Ferdinand, with a Level 6 felony count of dissemination of matter harmful to minors.
