Event to honor Jasper as Community of the Year

JASPER — The Indiana Chamber of Commerce will present the City of Jasper with its Community of the Year Award on Nov. 13, at the at the Indiana Chamber’s 29th Annual Awards Dinner at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.
The award is given annually to a Hoosier community for significant contributions to its local business climate and overall image.
A special Jasper “cheering section” at the dinner will include a limited number of tables and seats. The opening reception will start at 5 p.m. and the awards dinner at 6:30 p.m. You can register for the event online at www.indianachamber.com/jasper/.
