Erin Krodel and Eric Huther, both of Plainfield, exchanged wedding vows at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012. Father Adrian Burke officiated in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Jasper.
Tom and Phyllis Krodel and Jay and Shelia Huther, all of Jasper, are parents of the couple.
Mr. and Mrs. Krodel gave their daughter in marriage. Maid and matron of honor were Meredith Krodel of Bloomington and Brooke Higginbotham of Brownsburg. Also attending the bride were Amy Beckman of Jeffersonville, Megan Brinkman and Melissa Wagner, both of Jasper, and Audrey Sweesy of Westfield. Flower girls were Evelyn Higginbotham of Brownsburg and Taylor Sweesy of Westfield.
Mr. Huther chose Jason Huther of Toledo, Ohio, as best man. Groomsmen were Scott Hohler and Chris Hochgesang of Jasper, Jon Kluesner of Evansville, Jeremy Schaeffer of Bloomington and Aaron Funk of Aviston, Ill.
A reception was held at The Polo Room in Jasper. Emily Neuhoff and Marci Showalter registered guests.
The couple is residing in Plainfield after a wedding trip to Maui, Hawaii.
The bride is a fifth grade teacher at St. Susanna School. Mr. Huther is a golf professional at Sarah Shank Golf Course.
