Entrants, pairings announced for County AmJuly 9, 2019

The pairings and entrants were officially announced for the 50th annual Dubois County Amateur Men’s Golf Tournament presented by The Herald on Monday evening.
There’s a total of 49 golfers in this year’s field with 12 golfers representing the senior division and three golfers in the youth division. The tournament will open up at the Huntingburg County Club on Saturday, July 13 at 8 a.m. and the first round will continue into Sunday, July 14 at Buffalo Trace Golf Course in Jasper. The final round will take place on Sunday, July 21 at Sultan’s Run Golf Club in Jasper.
Former County Am winners in the field are Derek Bolling (11-time winner, tees off at 12:30 p.m. on first day), Brad Bolling (five-time winner, tees off at 9 a.m.), George Nord (three-time winner, tees off at 9:30 a.m.) and Cam Weyer (two-time winner, tees off at 9:50 a.m.).
Nord will be competing to defend his senior division crown but there will be a different overall and youth division winner this year. Last year’s overall champ Jeff Sanders isn’t in this year’s field and defending youth division champ Evan Wolfe is above the age limit to be in the youth grouping.
