Edward l. Freyberger, 72, of Loogootee, passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2018, at his residence.
Edward was born on October 19, 1946, in Duff, the son of Sylvester and Clara Freyberger. He married Donna Thacker and she preceded him in death.
Edward was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and an avid poker player. He was a great father and grandfather.
Survivors include his daughters, Melissa Calhoun of Florida and Jennifer Cox and her husband, Damien of Dubois; son, Chris Freyberger and his wife, Tiffany, of Loogootee; two sisters; a half-brother; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Friends may visit with Edward’s family from 9 to 11 a.m. on Monday, November 26, 2018, at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, 2020 State St., Washington. Graveside services will be held at noon on Monday at Enlow Cemetery in Jasper.
