Dubois Strong receives USDA grant

JASPER — Dubois Strong was recently approved for a $99,999 grant from the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Business Enterprise Grant.
The funding was secured with the help of the Indiana 15 Regional Planning Commission. Dubois Strong was required to provide $20,001 in matching funds.
The USDA grant dollars will be used to fund the Dubois Strong Enterprise Loan Fund, which is designed to support both retention and expansion of existing business as well as the creation of new business opportunities in Dubois County. Eligibility for the loan program is limited to businesses located within Dubois County.
