Dubois firefighters respond to home alarm

DUBOIS — Units of the Dubois Volunteer Fire Department responded to a residential alarm activation at midday Friday in Dubois.

Burnt food on the stove at the Mary Flinn residence at 4700 N. Dubois Road Northeast triggered the alarm at 11:50 a.m., according to Fire Chief Steve Kalb.

There was no damage.

Three trucks and seven firefighters were on the scene 10 minutes.
