Dubois County Democrat Party MeetingMay 4, 2021
The Dubois Democrat Party will hold their first in-person meeting of the year on Thursday May 6th at the Ferdinand Senior Center, 313 West 9th Street Ferdinand. A Lasagna dinner will be served at 6 pm for $5, and the meeting will start at 6:45.
Guest speaker will be Thomasina Marsili, Chairperson of the 8th District Democrat Party. Thomasina was the 2020 candidate for the 8th District Congressional seat and is actively working on building a grass roots voter initiative through GRiD (Grass Roots Indiana Democrats). She will speak about a new voter registration project and the plans for the 8th District Democrat Party.
In addition to Thomasina Marsili, the Party will hold a brief business meeting and drawings for door prizes. The Dubois Democrat Party recommends that masks be worn before and after the meal but will not be required during the dinner.
