Dorothy M. Masterson 90, Lamar
August 7, 2020Dorothy M. Masterson 90, of Lamar, IN. went to be with the Lord on August 6, at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville.

She was born on July 5, 1930 in Chrisney, IN. to Charles and Bertha (Cash) Carver. She and her husband Eugene started Masterson’s Nursery in 1958. She was a lifetime member of the Little Pigeon Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children Don (Nancy) Masterson of Degonia Springs, Linda (Cletus) Weber of Lamar, Betty Masterson of Lamar, Ray (Donna) Masterson of Evanston and Jo Masterson of Lamar.
Also surviving are a sister Clarice Oldham of Indianapolis, 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Masterson and brothers Roy, Louis, JC, Hack and LB Carver, sisters Edna Boruff and Ruby Cooper.
Due to the pandemic, the family has requested a private service.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Little Pigeon Cemetery, 8422 E CR 1200 N., LAMAR, IN. 47550
