Dorothy B. (Schnell) Wangler, 63, Evansville
July 28, 2020Dorothy B. Wangler, 63, of Evansville passed away Sunday, July 19, 2020, at Gateway Hospital. She was born in Jasper, December 6, 1956, to the late Mildred and Victor Schnell.

Dorothy took care of children in her home for years. She was devoted to her son and granddaughter. She retired from TJ Maxx.
She is survived by her son, William R. Wangler IV; granddaughter, Abageile; sister, Rosie (Bryan) Pinkston; and brothers, Earl (Carol), Frank (Tracy), and Michael (Theresa) Schnell.
Dorothy was preceded in death by husband, William R. Wangler III; brothers, Robert and Roman Schnell; and sister, Theresa Beard.
Due to COVID-19, private graveside services and burial will be held for immediate family only at Oakhill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to your charity of choice or to Pierre Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
