Dolores D. Bauer, 94, of Fishers, formerly of Jasper, passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2020.
She was born February 7, 1926 in St. Henry to the late Joseph and Agnes Luebbehusen Jochum. She was a 1943 graduate of Holland High School. Dolores married Othmar G. Bauer, on May 23, 1957, and he preceded her in death on December 22, 2008.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Dolores was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Jasper, and attended Holy Spirit at Geist Catholic Church, Fishers. She was a member of the St. Anne Society, D of I, and the Jasper VFW Auxiliary #673.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at 11 a.m. at Holy Spirit at Geist Catholic Church, 10350 Glaser Way, Fishers, with visitation one hour prior. Interment will take place Thursday, February 20, 2020, at noon at Fairview Cemetery, Jasper.
Dolores is survived by her daughter, Kathryn A. Ahearn (R. David); son, Glenn Bauer; and grandchildren, John (Anna) and Michael Ahearn. Dolores was preceded in death by six brothers.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Holy Spirit at Geist Catholic Church, 10350 Glaser Way, Fishers, IN 46038 and/or Memorial Hospital, 800 W. 9th St., Jasper, IN 47546 and/or St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1029 Kundeck St., Jasper, IN 47546.
