Discussion of Trappist beers on tapJanuary 3, 2020
FERDINAND — The Dubois County Suds Club, a group of beer lovers learning about craft beer and how it is made, is hosting its first meeting of the year at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, at St. Benedict’s Brew Works in Ferdinand.
A special presentation will be given on Trappist beers, which are beers produced by monks at monasteries around the world, and samples will be served. Discussion will also continue on the club’s annual homebrew contest, which will be held on April 4 this year. All are welcome to attend.
