Dinah L. Phillips, 71, of French Lick, entered into eternal rest on Monday, April 22, 2019, at her residence.
She was born on March 19, 1948, in Shelbyville, to William and Francis (Riebolt) Sanford. Dinah married James Phillips on May 1, 1987, and he survives.
She is preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Michele Mueller; and two sisters, Billie Anderson and Joyce Cole.
Dinah graduated high school from Charlottesville High School with the Class of 1966.
She was a homemaker, enjoying hunting deer, fishing, gardening and working jigsaw puzzles.
Dinah is survived by her husband, James Phillips, French Lick; one daughter, Cassie Ann Zamber, Pass Christian, Mississippi; three stepsons, Robert Phillips, Greenfield, James P. Phillips, Greenfield, and Chad Phillips, Shelbyville; one sister, Fran Rodrigue (Rod), Indianapolis; several grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces.
Cremation was chosen and there will be a private family ceremony at a later date.
Arrangements are in the care of Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Service, French Lick.
