HAYSVILLE — The Dubois County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help as deputies investigate a Wednesday injury crash at Haysville.
The two-vehicle accident happened at Haysville Road West and U.S. 231 at 3:18 p.m.
Deputies want to speak to the driver and passenger of a vehicle that was in the area. The vehicle, described as a white, crew-cab Ford F-250 or F-350 work truck, stopped along the southbound lane of U.S. 231 near the intersection. It left southbound after the crash.
The sheriff’s office says the truck had blue lettering on the side with a company name, construction signs in the bed and possibly Indiana license plates.
The truck’s occupants were a male driver and passenger, with the passenger wearing an orange work vest.
Anyone with information about the driver or passenger or what company the truck was from is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 812-482-3522. All callers can remain anonymous.
