Deer busts out Mercedes’ window

HUNTINGBURG — A Warrick County motorist’s car sustained damage when it was struck by a deer Friday night west of Huntingburg.
Hannah E. Reynolds, 23, Tennyson, was eastbound on State Road 64 in a 2002 Mercedes Benz C230 when the 11:13 p.m. accident occurred by County Road 525W, according to the Dubois County Sheriff’s Office.
Reynolds slowed when she saw a deer but the animal ran into the passenger side of the car, busting out the passenger window.
The vehicle was able to be driven from the scene with damage estimated between $1,000 and $2,500.
