Daviess warrant brings in Huntingburg woman

WASHINGTON — A Huntingburg woman was booked into the Daviess County Security Center this week on a warrant connected to drug-related case.
Adina N. Lopez, 40, 107 S. Main St., Huntingburg, was charged with dealing methamphetamine in January in Daviess Superior Court and later released on her own recognizance on the condition she report back to the security center in March. She was named in a failure-to-appear warrant March 12, according to court documents.
Authorities booked Lopez into the Daviess County Security Center Sunday on the active warrant. She was remanded to the custody of the sheriff’s office after a Monday hearing.
