Dale developing broadband plan
September 5, 2019From Local Sources
DALE — The Town of Dale will host a public open house from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. CT on Tuesday, Sept. 17, to give the community the opportunity to share input regarding the future broadband infrastructure of the town.
The input gathered at the open house will guide the direction of the Dale Broadband Readiness Plan, which the town is in the process of developing. The goal of the plan is to identify goals for the next five to 10 years to serve as the road map for the development of reliable and affordable high-speed internet technology.
Final adoption of the plan is expected in December. It will include a vision statement, goals and strategies for improving Dale’s broadband infrastructure.
