Dale Austin, 67, Seymour
January 25, 2021Mr. Dale Austin, 67, of Seymour, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at his home. He was born in 1953 in Madison to the late James H and Patricia (Egbert) Austin. He married Penny Fox on October 22, 1976 in Seymour at Central Christian Church. He attended Madison High School for three years then graduated from Seymour High School.

Dale retired after 26 years from Lannett Pharmaceuticals Inc.
He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed golfing, music and traveling.
He is survived by his wife, children, Stephanie Lyn Austin, Eric (Stephanie K.) Austin, grandchildren; Bailey Baker, Hannah Campbell, Skylee Murphy, Annasun Austin, and Landon Austin and his two dogs, Rosie and Nico.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A walk-thru visitation will be held at Voss and Sons on Wednesday January 27, 2021 from 5-7p.m. Private services will be conducted by Voss and Sons Funeral Service on Thursday January 28, 2021 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Phillip Bloch officiating.
The family appreciates all the prayers and concern for them in this time of loss. Dale will be missed by many friends in the community. Cards and notes of condolence will be most welcome.
In accordance with CDC guidelines, masks are required before admittance to the funeral home as well as social distancing within the building. We kindly ask that there be no physical contact such as hugs or handshakes to protect staff and the family. Attendance is limited to 25 and social distancing requirements.
Family asks that memorial checks be written to donor's choice of charity.
All arrangements have been entrusted to Voss and Sons Funeral Service in Seymour, Indiana.
