DUBOIS — Cuzco Road South, located adjacent to the Patoka Lake spillway, is closed from 450N to 330N until further notice.
The Dubois County Sheriff's Office, Emergency Management Agency and Highway Department closed the road to maintain public safety after the lake reached its spillway elevation of 548 feet at noon today.

With the projected rainfall forecast over the next few days, the lake's level is expected to increase even more.
According to an emergency management press rlease, "absolutely no traffice will be permitted in this area and this will be enforced by Law Enforcement."
