CRYSTAL — An Indiana State Police trooper responding to a Thursday afternoon crash just west of Crystal arrested the Orange County driver and accused him of impaired driving.
Police were called at 3:20 p.m. to the crash along State Road 56, just west of Crystal.

A blood draw at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center placed Brosmer’s blood alcohol content at .21%.
