October 16, 2020Courtney M. Hochgesang, age 26, of Jasper, Indiana, passed away at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at home.

Courtney was born in Clearwater, Florida, on November 11, 1993, to Richard Stephens and Melva Rogers. She married Crystal "Cici" Hochgesang on April 25, 2019. She preceded her in death on April 4, 2020.
She graduated from high school in Florida, and then worked at OFS in Huntingburg, Indiana.
She loved reading, writing, and animals, especially her dog, Sabo.
Surviving are her mother and step-father, Melva and Lane Rogers, Fort Pierce, FL, two children, Tyler De Reivera and Cheyanne "Annie" Stephens, two sisters, Jessica (Travis) Mounts, Port Saint Lucie, FL, Danielle Stewart, and fiancé, Justin Murphy, Okeechobee, FL , one brother, Daniel Stewart, Port Saint Lucie, FL, nieces and nephews, and her godparents, Charlie and Jane Hochmeister, Huntingburg, IN.
Preceding her in death besides her wife, are her daughter, Crystal Jane Hochgesang, her father, Richard Stephens, step-father, Daniel V. Stewart, and her grandparents.
Private services were held at Becher-Kluesner Funeral Home in Jasper, Indiana.
