Judgment for Service Financial Company vs. Scott Alen Whitaker, Ferdinand, $4,324.81, plus court costs and interest.
Douglas Guth, 681 E. County Road 1350N, Gentryville, strangulation and domestic battery, sentenced to 900 days in Dubois County Security Center.
Judgment for Hoosier Accounts Services vs. Connie Butler, Jasper, $3,775.70, plus court costs and interest; Alicia B Cox, Jasper, $2,306.50, plus court costs and interest; Cynthia K. Looney, Dubois, $2,015.33, plus court costs and interest.
Judgment for Procol, Inc. vs McKenzie Shoultz, Loogootee, $2,523.01, plus court costs and interest.
Adam R Falknor, 4004 N. Christopher Ct., Huntingburg, theft (two counts), sentenced to 365 days in Dubois County Security Center with 365 days suspended to probation and $261 in fines and costs.
Fined $25 for failure of occupant to use a safety belt: Aaron Lyons, Jasper; Jason J. Barnett, Huntingburg; Bret A. Shackleford, Evansville; Levi T. Eckert, Jasper; Gerardo Cuellar-Figueroa, Jasper; Sheila A. Fleck, Jasper; Juda A. Froman, Eckerty; Scott L. Howard, Otwell; Ronald L. Hamilton, Huntingburg.
Fined $141 and costs for speeding: Curtis M. Storey, Princeton (also charged with driving while suspended); Carrillo Roblero, Owensboro (also charged with no valid driver's license, $141).
Fined $141 for disregarding an official traffic control device: Carrie L. McCune, Dillsboro.
Fined $141 for operating with expired plates: Caysha N. Selby, Winslow.
Fined $170 for illegal taking of a wild animal: Benjamin Siebert, Huntingburg; Wilbert Moss, Indianapolis; Gary Colasessano, Indianapolis.
Fined $183 for operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility: Aaron Remeto, Velpen (also fined for driving while suspended).
Fined $261 for driving while suspended: Jonas A. Pfeifer, Indianapolis.
Fined $282 for driving while suspended: Robert G. Marks, Jasper, two counts of driving while suspended, operating a vehicle with fictitious plates, and operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility.
