County reports no new COVID-19 cases

JASPER — The Dubois County Health Department today reported no new COVID-19 cases.

Of the county’s 260 cases, 238 have recovered and six deaths have been reported. A total of 2,806 Dubois County residents have been tested.

According to Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center’s COVID-19 Dashboard, the Jasper hospital has submitted 1,710 tests. Of those, 1,504 were negative and 38 are pending. The hospital notes that a patient’s address will determine what county reports the positive case.

The Indiana State Department of Health reported today 371 new cases, bringing the statewide total to 45,952 cases. A total of 2,456 Hoosiers have died from the virus and another 194 probable deaths have been reported.
