County reports no new COVID-19 cases

JASPER — The Dubois County Health Department reported today no new positive cases of novel coronavirus.
Of the county’s 231 cases, 157 have recovered and four deaths have been reported. A total of 1,800 Dubois County residents have been tested.
According to Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center’s COVID-19 Dashboard, the Jasper hospital has submitted 1,218 tests. Of those, 1,043 were negative and 31 are pending. The hospital notes that a patient’s address will determine what county reports the positive case.
ISDH reported today 339 new cases, bringing the statewide total to 38,337. A total of 2,173 Hoosiers have died from the virus. An additional 182 probable deaths have been reported.
