County: 1 new case, 202 COVID-19 recoveries

JASPER — The Dubois County Health Department reported today one new COVID-19 case.
Of the county’s 252 cases, 202 have recovered and six deaths have been reported. A total of 2,280 Dubois County residents have been tested.
According to Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center’s COVID-19 Dashboard, the Jasper hospital has submitted 1,487 tests. Of those, 1,324 were negative and 4 are pending. The hospital notes that a patient’s address will determine what county reports the positive case.
The Indiana State Department of Health reported today 277 new cases, bringing the statewide total to 42,633 cases. A total of 2,363 Hoosiers have died from the virus and another 190 probable deaths have been reported.
