JASPER — A program participant at the Dubois County Community Corrections Center was jailed and accused of a new criminal offense Tuesday.
A Jasper Police Department officer took Jeffery A. Dotterweich, 38, 2826 N. Kellerville Road, Jasper, into custody after investigating a Tuesday evening battery report involving Dotterweich and another male at the 257 Brucke Strasse center.
Dotterweich was booked into the Dubois County Security Center at 11:49 p.m. on a preliminary misdemeanor count of battery.
