Consortium issues opioid, substance use surveyMarch 22, 2019
From Local Sources
Residents in rural Indiana communities are encouraged to share their perspectives on opioids and substance use disorders through an Indiana Rural Opioid Consortium survey.
The consortium wants people to honestly complete the anonymous survey.
Complete the survey here.
The goal is to help the consortium collect information that will help the group address communities’ needs. No personal information identifying the survey taker will be asked in the survey.
The Indiana Rural Opioid Consortium is a partnership of several community and state organizations that strive to reduce substance use in Indiana.
