A Q&A with Forest Park alum Andrew Schuler who will be throwing for the University of Evansville men's track and field team this year.
What was the biggest factor into your decision to play sports collegiately? The largest factor would definitely be just the overall love of the sport.
What stood out about the University of Evansville over the other schools that you visited? The University of Evansville stood out academically — they have one of the top business schools in the state.
During your time at Forest Park, who or what do you feel most prepared you for playing sports in college? My coach, Aaron Sickbert, prepared me the most for throwing in college.
What was your biggest accomplishment during your time at Forest Park? My biggest accomplishment would be winning regional in shot put my junior year and advancing to state.
If you could describe your high school athletic experience in one word, what would it be? Worthwhile
