Clarence C. Fuchs, 67, of Ferdinand, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2019, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.
Clarence was born October 20, 1951, in Huntingburg to Robert A. Sr. and Leona (Kern) Fuchs. He was united in marriage to Rita C. Hoppenjans on August 6, 1979, at St. Ferdinand Church in Ferdinand.
Clarence was a maintenance worker at Lake Rudolph in Santa Claus. He was a member of the Sons of the Legion in Dale. Clarence enjoyed going to auctions.
Surviving are his wife Rita C. Fuchs; three brothers, Dan and Tom Fuchs, both of Dale, and Robert “Bob” Fuchs Jr. of Mariah Hill; and one sister, Polly Wagner (Ralph) of Ferdinand.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Jerry and Ralph Fuchs.
A mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. CST Thursday, January 24, in St. Joseph Church in Dale.
Visitation will be from 8 a.m. CST until service time on the 24th at the church.
