Christina Bravo, 67, Jasper
October 19, 2020Christina Bravo, age 67, of Jasper, Indiana, passed away Sunday evening, October 18, 2020, in St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Christina was born in Porte Zuelo, Mexico, on February 18, 1953, to Pedro Rios and Christina Estrada. She married Basilio Bravo, on June 11, 1972, St. Cecelia Catholic Church, in Guadalajara-Jalisco, Mexico.
Christina retired from Jasper Engines and Transmissions, where she had worked for over 26 years.
She was a member of Holy Family Catholic in Jasper, Indiana.
She enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving are her husband, Basilio Bravo, Jasper, Indiana, three daughters, Lulu (Robert) Staats, Dale, IN, Lupe Bravo, Jasper, IN, Anita Bravo, Jasper, IN, four sons, Ricardo (Audrey) Bravo, Dubois, IN, Bobby Bravo, and fiancé, Julie Taylor, Jasper, IN, Angelo (Melissa) Bravo, Jasper, IN, Gabriel Bravo, Huntingburg, IN, 18 grandchildren, four great grandchildren, her mother, Christina Estrada-Rios, Porte Zuelo, Mexico, six sisters, and four brothers.
Preceding her in death are her father, Pedro Rios, and three brothers.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2020, in Holy Family Catholic Church in Jasper, Indiana. She will then be cremated, so there will be no burial.
A visitation will be held from 3:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 23, 2020, at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper, Indiana, and one hour before services from 9:00-10:00 a.m. at the church on Saturday. Holy Family Parish will pray a rosary at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home on Friday.
