Chestnut Street to close for roadwork

HUNTINGBURG — Due to road improvement work on Chestnut Street in Huntingburg, the road will be closed periodically from 12th to 19th streets between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily through Friday and again starting Monday and running through Friday, June 19.
Access will still be available to the Hunters Crossing subdivision during the project.
The schedule is dependent upon weather. The road will be open in the evening hours and overnight, but the public is asked to find an alternate route during the work.
