Charles Eugene Neal, 92, Huntingburg
December 6, 2020Charles Eugene "Chuck" Neal, age 92, of Huntingburg, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2020, at Sanctuary Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Cincinnati, Ohio.

He was born April 26, 1928, in Huntingburg, to Lester H. and Rose (Kuper) Neal. He married Dorothy M. "Dot" Kemp on January 29, 1949. Chuck had worked for Kimball as a line supervisor. In his younger years, he was an avid bowler and softball player. He was a member of the Huntingburg Eagles Club and VFW Post #2366. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Dot on June 27, 2008; sisters, Thelma Kuesis, Doris Fancher and Virginia Camp; his brothers, Les and Robert Neal.
He is survived by two daughters, Janessa (Al) Fischer of Fairfield, OH, Deborah (Fred) Hewtty of Pearsall, Texas; 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Due to the Covid 19 virus, private funeral services for Chuck Neal will be held at Nass and Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery. V.F.W. Post #2366 Memorial Detail will conduct military graveside rites.
