Chamber series to focus on I-67

HUNTINGBURG — The Huntingburg Chamber of Commerce has schedule the fourth round of its Business Education Series for 8 to 9 a.m., Wednesday, March 12. This event will be at the chamber office on the second floor of the Old National building at the corner of Fourth and Main streets. The event is free for chamber members.

The March 12 topic will focus on the I-67 Development Corporation and its implications for Dubois County. On the agenda: What is I-67? What is the Mission of I-67 Development Corporation? What does it mean for Dubois County and business? Where are we now?

Hank Menke, president of the I-67 Development Corporation and president and CEO of OFS Brands in Huntingburg, will be the speaker. Menke is also a member of Indiana’s Blue Ribbon Commission, which will determine the future of the state’s road, rail, water and air initiatives to be funded over the next 10 years.
