The Jasper boys and girls swim teams went up against some tough competition on Tuesday and came away with a few season-best individual times.
Both the boys and girls finished behind Castle and Jeffersonville at the meet but the Wildcats have continued to show improvement as the season goes on.
On the boys side, Max Henke had a season-best in the 200 individual medley (2:13.05) and 100 breaststroke (1:10.38), Jason Fleck in the 50 freestyle (23.00), Abraham De La Cruz in the 500 freestyle (6:03.62) and Dimitri Gordon in the 100 breaststroke (1:22.52).
For the girls, Lindsey Mehringer saw season-best times in the 200 freestyle (2:07.58) and 100 freestyle (59.64) while Carmina Armstrong saw a new season-high for the 100 butterfly (1:00.88).
The Wildcats will have another home meet on Thursday against Northeast Dubois and Tell City.

Raiders stumble against Vikings
North Posey jumped out to a 33-16 lead at halftime over Southridge as the Raiders were unable to slow down the Vikings in Poseyville on Tuesday night, falling 55-30.
The Raiders (1-9) had trouble dealing with the Vikings top two scorers in Haley Wilson (12 points) and Danielle Perry (10 points). The Vikings (4-3) also knocked down seven three-pointers in the victory while the Raiders made just one.
Southridge was led offensively by Mady Neukam who finished with 14 points while Breanna Wilkey added six points. Neukam has led the Raiders in scoring every game this season.
The Raiders will be back at home on Thursday for a battle with another PAC opponent as Pike Central (5-3) travels to Huntingburg.
