Vic Betz and Tammy Schulthies have been staples of the Northeast Dubois’ track and field programs for over 30 years so it only seems fitting that the two will step away from their respective programs at the same time.
Between Vic Betz and Tammy Schulthies, there’s approximately 80 years of track and field head coaching experience. But on Tuesday night, that came to an end as both Betz and Schulthies had their retirements heard by the Northeast Dubois County School Board at Tuesday’s meeting.
